Juicing for Your Health

We generally tend to juice when we have a bunch of left over vegetables/fruits that need to be eaten. Here we used 4 Honeycrisp Apples: Cut and cored, 1 big bag of carrots: skinned, and a handful of celery. It's a great way to use all your food. It's also best to have honeycrisp apples or some sort of apple to add in. The apples add sweetness and can take out the bitterness of the juice. We use our juicer more than we would expect. Our little girl loves drinking fresh juice and in return is getting great benefits from all the vitamins from the carrotsapples and celery.
